Hi Sonia. Yes, we admit to being slow on website updates at times, a lot of it is done on a voluntary basis. The global gourmet listing should have been there and it will be, we have some great classes coming up!. We are currently campaigning for some extra funding, we hope that if the campaign is successful we can then prioritise the website for better marketing. It would be useful to have a listing of current activities on the front page of this webpage rather than past activities.
The link to the course guide should be clearly indicated so that you are not having to navigate extensively through the site.
I found it difficult to find info on the current Global Gourmet course under the tab – not found on this page.
