Global Gourmetran its first session in 2009 on the Moroccan theme.
Our host was Sharon DeJonk who talked us through the recipes, the culture and her travel stories of Morocco. The group cooked a gorgeously aromatic Lamb Tagine and a very hearty and wholesome Vegetarian Couscous.
In 2010 we will be running our very popular “Global Gourmet” every term, focusing on a different cuisine each session.
