The Maribyrnong Library Service is hosting a fun filled day for the community here at the West Footscray Learning Centre. It’s hard to believe but the Neighbourhood House and the West Footscray Library have very happily co-existed in this building for 5 years. Join us for an open day, scheduled events as follows.
11am Birthday story time and activity with lollypop cookies, cake and fruit.
2.30 5th Birthday cake cutting and a visit from our Mayor.
3.00 New books and afternoon tea. Be the first to borrow from a selection of new items and enjoy a scrumptious afternoon tea.
3.30 Musical performance featuring local musicians.
Includes Historical exhibition “From West Footscray Assoc. to West Footscray Community Learning Centre”.
