Rooms for hire

Two meeting rooms are available for hire within the facility, (all bookings are dependent on application & availability.)

  • Meeting Room 1 – Downstairs; Room seats up to 30 people and features a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, tea & coffee making facilities & a courtyard.
  • Meeting Room 2 – Upstairs; Room  seats up to 30 people and features a full display kitchen including a fridge, microwave, cooking & tea/coffee making facilities.

Schedule of Rates for Regular Room Hire Bookings
In accordance with regular room hire booking policy the following rates apply for regular room bookings only

  1. Groups without a source of income- $10.00 per Hour.
  2. Not for Profit groups with a source of income or potential to fund raise-$15.00 per Hour.
  3. Other groups & individuals  with their own sources of income/funding-$20.00 per Hour.

The following conditions also apply to regular room hire

  • All room hire cancellations require a minimum of 7 days notice.
  • $300.00 bond refundable & inclusive of key deposit.
