ROOM HIRE

Need a space for your next event? We have spaces to suit groups, meetings, classes, training and more. All profits from room hire go straight back into supporting our work in the West Footscray community.

MEETING ROOM 1

Meeting room 1 is downstairs. It features a kitchenette with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and looks out onto a courtyard. Trestle tables and chairs are available.
With COVID-19 distancing restrictions room capacity is 14 people.

Hire rates: $24 to $35 per hour

MEETING ROOM 2

Meeting room 2 is upstairs. It features a full display kitchen including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooking facilities and tea/coffee making facilities which can be opened to the room or closed with a floor to ceiling partition.
With COVID-19 distancing restrictions room capacity is 16 people. The room capacity of the kitchen is 4 people.

Hire rates: $24 to $35 per hour

SMALL MEETING ROOM

Our small meeting room is ideal for counselling, mediation, tutoring, or small meetings.
With COVID-19 distancing restrictions room capacity is 4 people.

Hire rate: $17 per hour

EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE

  • Crockery including glasses, wine glasses, mugs, water jugs, platters and plates
  • Data projector
  • Whiteboard
  • Television
  • DVD/VHS player

Crockery and a whiteboard are included in the room hire fee; an additional fee applies to the other equipment.
