YOGA AND MINDFULNESS

Together with our near neighbours, Assembly Yoga,  we are running a four week online program of yoga and mindfulness to support you in managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing. You do not need any experience and everyone is welcome.

These online sessions are free and will focus on very gentle movement and guided relaxation techniques. They are led by qualified yoga teacher Kayla Robertson.

You are welcome to come along for one or all of the sessions:

  • Thursdays 19 November | 26 November | 3 December | 10 December
  • 30 minute sessions 7:30pm-8pm via Zoom
  • To use Zoom all you need is a device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a Wifi connection.
